∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Food (Packaged)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall responsibility to achieve monthly/quarterly/annually sales target of the region.
∎ Prepare detailed Professional Business Plan within agreed budget and formulate Sales strategies for the region.
∎ Constantly monitor competitor activity and performance.
∎ Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain the relationship.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Preparing daily visits, daily sales reports, new dealer appointments, handle product deliveries, and compile all types of marketing & sales-related reports and then submit its written form to the responsible manager on a daily basis and at the end of the month.
