Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic ASM / RSM who has at least 3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing in consumer goods, Feed Industry contribution in our company to reach the organization`s goal.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote Products and achieve sales targets every time as estimated.

  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to get the work done.

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

  • Provide technical or any other support to the Customer and dealers regarding sales.

  • Development of new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.

  • Conduct frequent meeting with Customer and Dealers.

  • Frequent and objective reporting towards the head of the department.

  • Manage and develop dealers in respective areas and take full responsibility for payments recovery.

  • Analyze the present market and create a new market sales.

  • Prepare monthly action plan in line with yearly marketing plan, product performance and competitor`s activities.

  • Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.

  • Monitor product-wise daily performance.

  • Conduct monthly meeting, conference & scientific seminars.

  • Assist the sales team to meet the monthly and yearly sales target.

  • Maximizing the target customer awareness of the brand through creative approaches.

  • Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
