Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a team of sales executives/officers to achieve sales targets in the respective areas.
∎ Sales planning, sales execution and market analysis reports of the assigned areas the line management.
∎ Builds and strengthens relationships with assigned clients/dealers.
∎ Develop and implement the new sales strategies to increase the market share.
∎ Demonstrates expertise in product and customer knowledge to proactively assess and fulfill requirements of customers.
∎ Ensure to prepare monthly/quarterly reports as per the prescribe format.
∎ Ensure to monitor with logistics team for on time delivery of products.
∎ Achieving the targets and goals set for area.
∎ Setting sales targets for individual representative and your team as a whole.
∎ Allocating areas to subordinate sales persons.
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
∎ Keeping up to date information of products and competitors.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity.
∎ Follow up and ensure all customer issues and complaints related to products are resolved by coordinating with concern stakeholders.
