Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Broad knowledge and rich experience in computer science.
∎ Outstanding capability of programming and design - experience in quality improvement or productization.
∎ Proven experience as an AI Architect or similar role.
∎ At least 2 years of experience of leading an AI team.
∎ Sound knowledge of Object detection and re-identification, Object Segmentation and Image Generation etc.
∎ Good understanding of neural networks and deep learning algorithms such as CNN, RNN, LSTM and GAN, Batch Normalization, Dropout etc.
∎ Experience with Data augmentation, Model training, Parameter tuning, Improving accuracy based on Deep learning server.
∎ Proficient in Python and knowledge of at least one of Tensorflow, Pytorch, Mxnet or Keras etc.
∎ Proficiency in EDGE AI technology.
∎ Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
∎ Experience in MLOps technologies (e.g. MLFlow, AWS Sagemaker) are a plus.Publications, patents, or contributions to the AI/ML community are a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Architect end-to-end AI solutions based on business requirements.
∎ Design scalable and efficient machine learning models and algorithms.
∎ Evaluate and select appropriate models based on performance metrics and business goals.
∎ Develop and optimize machine learning models for various applications.
∎ Collaborate with software and hardware teams to integrate AI components into existing systems.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields.
∎ Conduct research to identify new opportunities and innovative solutions.
∎ Work with data engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data for model training.
∎ Design data pipelines for efficient data processing and feature extraction.
∎ Collaborate on data governance and security practices.
∎ Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-quality and performance.
∎ Contribute throughout the complete development lifecycle.AI System design as per specification.
∎ Implement and produce releases of software components.
∎ Work together on development in an international environment communicating with overseas Japanese staff.
