∎ Proven experience in a regional sales leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
∎ In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Ability to travel within the designated region.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have worked at the route level

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the designated region.
∎ Manage, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional performance.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
∎ Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the management team.
∎ Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations, training, and coaching for the sales team.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on regional sales performance and market trends.
∎ Location: Dhaka, Dhaka Metro, Chattagram, Mymensingh, Faridpur
