• Proven experience in a regional sales leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel within the designated region.
• Preference will be given to those who have worked at the route level

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the designated region.

• Manage, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional performance.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.

• Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the management team.

• Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, training, and coaching for the sales team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.

• Prepare and present regular reports on regional sales performance and market trends.
