∎ Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, with a focus on tangible sales results.
∎ Excellent knowledge of the tea industry and its market dynamics.
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
∎ Excellent selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in tea, is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure brand visibility.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
∎ Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
