Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline having relevant working experience in Tissue/Paper/similar products

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Paper

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve the sales target (Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly) of the Area/Region
∎ Create and apply modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for increasing existing sales volume of tissue products
∎ Take effective measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new market
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Prepare Competitors sales & activity report
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members to the existing and potential customers
∎ Build a strong relationship with the new dealers/distributors and keep in touch with the retailers
∎ Coordinate & communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure product availability
∎ Provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time

∎ Positive/diplomatic approach to critical situation handling
∎ Analytical thinking
∎ Strategic planning skill
∎ Good hand in using computers, including experience with MS Office, especially advance Excel & power point
