Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement the Marketing and Sales activities according to the company target
∎ Lead a sales team to achieve the target set by the company
∎ Achieve the target according to the area
∎ Build a strong business relationship with the dealers and retailers through effective communication and better services
∎ Sell the product to the dealers and retailers and cooperate them to boost up the sales
∎ Work on brand and promotion according to the instruction and report to the supervisor
∎ Maintain the strong relationship with the dealers and retailers to ensure maximum sales in the assigned area
∎ Collect the order and deliver the product based on deadline to the dealers
∎ Collect the payment from the dealers
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having mentality to work in the field level
∎ Having leadership quality
∎ Leading a team
∎ Being pro-active and team player

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 29000 (Monthly)
