∎ MA / Business graduate from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To setup distribution network and sales force
∎ Prepare the proposed monthly sales target of the company.
∎ Coordinate with Head of Sales to develop sales plan, budget and strategy.
∎ Identify the strategies and policies with the implementation to increase sales.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly sales target & cost plan and have to achieve accordingly
∎ Supervise field forces through field visits, observation and measurement of results and monitor daily activities of field force
∎ Identify and contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
∎ Motivate and guide sales team to achieve revenue target.
∎ Develop creative sales technique and tracts to meet business goals.
∎ Analyze the competitors' market data and report submits to Head of Sales.
∎ Should be strong analytical skills, organizational skills, Leadership skills, result oriented and work collaborate.
∎ Must be positive attitude to maintain harmonious interdepartmental relationship
∎ To check route plan, monthly sales report of officer, SO, SPO,TSO & stock of distributor and submit to the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years working experience in Cosmetics, Color Cosmetics, Perfume, Diaper & FMCG sales is preferred.
∎ Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure.
∎ Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ Positive mental attitude to work in Sales.
