Job Responsibilities:
The position shall be responsible for handling sale of food & beverage items and leading the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to foster collaboration and support.
Conduct regular visits to dealerships to evaluate performance, provide training, and identify Areas for improvement.
Monitor dealer compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales targets.
Track and report on dealer performance metrics, including sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
The applicant should have efficient communication and negotiation skill to deal with potential buyers.
To execute sales plans for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Excellent manner with good team player and leadership quality to lead the team
Monthly/yearly sales forecasting & planning and achieve the target.
Developing new customer & maintaining good relationship with existing customer.
Develop & implement sales strategies for the Food & Beverage product line within the Retail & Modern Trade channel.
Maintaining current up-to-date knowledge about products, market & customer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction & timely delivery.
Generate order from company approved dealer & Depo to increase sales.
Ensure products availability, supply, merchandising through regular visit to outlets/ markets/ customers.
Collect payments from customer.
Update credit limit, credit statement and reconciliation with customers.
Promotional related activities.
Perform any other task as assigned by management.
Analyze consumer behavior & competitor activities to Identify opportunities at Retail & Modern Trade channel.
Work closely with team to ensure optimal product placement & attractive Displays at Retail & Modern Trade channel.
