∎ Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and onboarding process for new employees Management.
∎ Onboard Recruitment Source or recruitment platform for best people selection Management.
∎ Support the implementation of employee engagement activities and programs.
∎ Assist in organizing team-building activities, company events, and employee recognition programs.
∎ Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve engagement initiatives.
∎ Conduct periodical HR related survey, compile, share with team and stakeholder and take corrective action plan.
∎ Driver Recruitment align with corporate Admin team.
∎ Repair & Maintenance all vehicle aligns with corporate admin.
∎ Organize security duty rosters and manage leave schedules.
∎ Lead recruitment efforts for security personnel.
∎ Store management.
∎ Renew and manage all necessary licenses and office documentation.
∎ Maintain incident reports and share with management monthly.
∎ Prepare monthly attendance sheet and forward to payroll for preparing the salary.
∎ Safeguard non-management employee files with confidentiality.
∎ Basic knowledge about labor law – 2006.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
