Experience:
At least 4 years practical experience in Rice/Flour/Pulse sales and marketing activities
Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
1. Execute daily sales activities in the assigned territory and achieve area-wise sales targets.
2. Conduct local market analysis to identify gaps, new opportunities, and potential business growth areas.
3. Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors, and handle their opening, closing, and performance follow-up.
4. Manage damage returns, replacements, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
5. Prepare and follow a daily market visit plan/route plan, and update progress to the immediate supervisor.
6. Maintain regular communication with dealers, distributors, and key trade partners to ensure satisfaction and product availability.
7. Collect market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and share insights with management.
8. Ensure proper order collection, follow-up on delivery, and assist in resolving any market or distribution issues.
9. Uphold company policies, brand image, and ethical sales practices in all market operations.
10. Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
