∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Applicant must have the experience in Real Estate Sector, Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be kind to everyone
∎ Generate and nurture sales leads for new apartments in the designated areas
∎ Prepare and lead internal sales meetings
∎ Organize open house and virtual events regularly
∎ Build a best-in-class business development and sales team in consultation with leadership team
∎ Co-prepare and formalize quarterly sales plan in consultation with other operating teams
∎ Interact with prospective buyers through open house events and describe the unique customer value proposition
∎ Enter and track information in CRM to identify areas for improvement so that the real estate sale transaction can be closed
∎ Own the CRM process and ensures regular engagement with social selling channels
∎ Recruit and interview potential future Area Sales Consultants and Sales Assistants by identifying high-potential and engaging candidates in the market
∎ Ensure job expectations and periodic performance goals are clearly understood
∎ Proactively monitor and engage with marketing team to improve awareness of our company and products
∎ Visit communities to gather market information (e.g., pricing, product specifications, hand-over information, incentives, lot premiums, options, etc.) and provide summary reports to management
∎ Work with leadership team to create and carry out a strategic marketing/sales plan for each area
∎ Work collaboratively with Area Sales Consultants to develop and maintain positive relationships with the real estate community
∎ Perform all other duties as assigned
