∎ 5 years of related experience is required in the identical trade of Label Trims and Packaging in the apparel sector with extensive knowledge of the Chittagong market.
∎ Exhibit superior analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Strong written and vocal communication both in English and Bangla along with presentation, and leadership abilities.
∎ A strategic mentality capable of thinking extensively, refining questions, and influencing numerous decision-makers.
∎ It is mandatory to have hands-on expertise with Excel and PowerPoint.

∎ Business Development & Sales:Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.Drive sales growth by retaining existing business and penetrating new orders and ensuring their successful execution.Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and promote business expansion.Lead efforts in business development, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.

∎ This is a full-time role based in Chittagong. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for all businesses in Chittagong whilst managing the sales team under his/ her leadership, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. He/ she will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing, understanding and interpreting market trends thereby forecasting the business and generating sales in keeping with the company strategic objectives.
