∎ Graduation/Master's from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly budget and distribute monthly budget among the dealers and the team.
∎ Achieve the target of sales, volume and revenue.
∎ Choose the right dealer and negotiate with them efficiently to reach a profitable bargain.
∎ Ensure growth of dealers including facilitation of sales, credit management, stock rotations, and collection.
∎ Plan and execute work-shop, demonstration, and sample activities (demand generation) to beat competition.
∎ Establish practice of regular reporting to supervisor(s) in a concise and clear manner.
∎ Motivate sales team to get the work done & achieve the target.
∎ Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 8 years of relevant work experience in any leading paint company.
∎ Very good communication skill, Analytical Thinking Customer Centricity, Proficiency in MS Excel Reporting and Team Leadership
