Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise sales team and achieve the sales target.
∎ Monitor activities of the team and take necessary actions to ensure the performance act an optimum level.
∎ Implement innovation sales programs to expand the corporate market share and image.
∎ • Ensure product availability in the market and gain market share.
∎ Work with team members to understand the market better and to develop effective marketing and promotional plans.
∎ Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencer's and key strategic partners..
∎ Identifies public relations opportunities and coordinates activities to augment the overall marketing communication strategy
∎ Understand local industries, customers and competition and meet the demand of the customers.
∎ Monitor sales and marketing force and their performance.
∎ Monitor overall market condition.
∎ Organize monthly sales meeting.
∎ Monitor the competition and analyze competitor's strategies.
∎ Manage agents.
∎ Party wise specific orders monitor and ensure further process.
∎ Report to the Regional Sales Manager/Manager and coordinate with the Sales & Distribution team.
∎ Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ High level of professional integrity.
∎ Proficient in written and spoken English.
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
∎ Experienced persons will get preference.
∎ The candidate should be smart, energetic, self-motivated and polite in manner.
∎ Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Positive mindset and result oriented.
∎ Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Need to travel at remote places at any locations in Bangladesh.
∎ Hard working with extrovert quality communication.
∎ Computer literacy is expect-able. (MS Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail).
Salary: Negotiable
