Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Set directions and lead sales team (MTO/TSE/TM) to executive sales strategies.
∎ Ensure sales growth of dairy and non dairy brands and explore untapped market.
∎ Manage internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Distributors, retailers and wholesales).
∎ Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment and competitions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of relevant work experience in supervisory role.
