∎ To Support its Continuous growth, New Zealand Dairy is looking for qualified and competent candidate for the following position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement appropriate sales strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Lead and monitor sales team (MTO/TSE/TSM) to implement the sales strategies, evaluate their performance and make performance improvement plan.
∎ Ensure sales growth of assigned brands and explore untapped market.
∎ Manage relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Distributors, Retailers, Wholesalers etc.).
∎ Analyze sales data to understand sales trends and competition.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 - 8 years of relevant work experience from any leading FMCG company.
∎ Mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
