Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ ·   6 to 7 years in sales (Must be in paint sector) and Minimum 2 years as an Area Manager/Zone Manager/Territory manager/any other supervisor grade.
∎ ·   Strong negotiation, communication, customer service, and presentation skills
∎ ·   Must be able to work as a team.
∎ ·   Must be knowledgeable in MS Office Word Excel and Power Point.
∎ ·   Language: fluent in English (Speaking, reading and writing)
∎ ·   Must have a motor bike riding or driving license

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·  Achieve the monthly & annual sales & Collection targets in the assigned Area.
∎ ·   Supervise and manage the sales team under your region & drive them to complete the territory task.
∎ ·  Develop new dealers, retailers, and institutional clients.
∎ ·   Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
∎ ·   Conduct regular market visits and collect competitor insights.
∎ ·   Ensure timely payment collection and stock management.
∎ ·   Prepare sales reports and forecast market trends.
∎ ·   Train, guide, and monitor the performance of sales officers.
