Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/Master degree in any discipline (preferably in marketing).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure territory sales target and evaluate agent, dealer performance.
∎ Has to set up dealers in Dhaka city.
∎ Build strong network in the segment of traders and end users.
∎ Building relationship with both customers & employees.
∎ Create new business opportunities to increase sales.
∎ Has to report to the supervisor regularly.
∎ Collect regular market feedback.
∎ Take orders from retailer and make the delivery on time.
∎ Observe the availability of distributor's stock.
∎ Prepare sales report on daily basis.
∎ Accomplish any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good selling skills.
∎ Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions.
∎ Good Communication & Negotiation skills.
∎ Must be honest, Sincere, Punctual and Discipline
∎ Experience:
∎ Candidates must have 4-5 years of working experience in edible oil sector.
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed in case of proper experience.
∎ Candidates having no experience in edible oil sector are requested not to apply.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
