Job Context:
∎ A leading Manufacturer in FMCG sector looking for some experienced candidates for the position - Area Sales Manager.
∎ Candidates, having experience in toiletries sector, will be given highest priority.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Territory Sales Supervisors and his team member's activities regarding sales planning execution prepared by the Management for achieving turnover and product/SKU wise Area target.
∎ Monitoring supervisory activities of TSS whether he is giving proper concentration to his team members and distributors as per the given guideline for achieving the Company's goal. If he finds any weakness or shortcomings in any TSS and of his team, ASM will give necessary guideline to improve him and follow up the development of the TSS.
∎ Supervising TSS's distributor's monitoring activities whether all of his distributors are working as per the management guideline.
∎ Identifying good and bad performing TSS, and Distributor in terms of sales and sales related activities and find out the reason of this kind of performance and implement the good activities of the best performer to develop the comparatively weak performer.
∎ Collecting competitor's activities and assess the effect of the major activities at the traders and consumers end and prepare and send weekly report in compiled form having suitable suggestion to combat the competition effectively for submitting to Sales Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant in MS Office, specially in MS Excel
∎ Good communication and presentation skill
∎ Smart and energetic

Salary: Negotiable
