∎ Proven track record in distributor management and territory sales growth.
∎ Strong negotiation & communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
∎ 5–7 years in sales, preferably in Mobile, Electric Items, or Related Accessories.

∎ Expand market reach by onboarding new distributors/retailers.
∎ Train and motivate distributors/retailers to enhance sales performance.
∎ Ensure fair competition policies among channel partners.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
∎ Provide feedback to the National Sales Manager for strategy adjustments.
∎ Submit weekly sales reports, expense statements, and market feedback.
∎ Ensure adherence to company sales policies and ethical practices.
∎ Primary Base: Purana Paltan, Dhaka.
∎ Coverage Area: [Specify regions, e.g., Dhaka Division, Chattogram, etc.].
∎ Sales Strategy & Execution:
