Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expand the business by creating a solid and strong distribution channel and maintaining relationships with potential dealers.
∎ Oversee and plan activities concerning the sale of manufactured goods (Fresh Tissue, Fresh Stationery, Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin, Fresh Happy Nappy Pant Diaper, Fresh Happy Nappy Baby Wipes) and services or other subjects of sale.
∎ Monitor the activities of subordinates and distributors to Identify and solve market-related problems.
∎ Assist the respective divisional sales manager to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans.
∎ Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers or dealers.
∎ Train the subordinates regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ Monitor the competitor's activities to compete with their products in the existing market and provide time-effective solutions for the field sales force.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies in order to increase demand for and sales of our product.
∎ Prepare the reports (e.g. Primary/Secondary Sales report, Target vs. achievement, Memo Report etc.) and submit it to the Regional Head and Head of Sales on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email communication.
∎ Candidates having experience in dealing with similar products will get preference.
