Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the excellence in execution in field sales Management
∎ Ensure that the business Objective in the area is met
∎ Lead, manage, develop and assess Sales Officers (so) & Territory sales supervisors
∎ Monitor the activity bringing Success and personal fulfilment for the team
∎ Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company activity (visibility tools, launches, loyalty programs)
∎ Ensure DB sustainability and accountable for day to day operation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years working experience in managerial sales position in FMCG
∎ Ownership; make decisions and accountable
∎ Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
∎ TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: This position is based field.
