Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the excellence in execution in field sales management
∎ Ensure that the business objective in the area is me
∎ Ensure DB sustainability and accountable for day to day operation
∎ Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company's activity (visibility tools, launches, loyalty programs)
∎ Lead, manage, develop and assess Sales Officers (SO) & Territory Sales Managers (TSM)
∎ Monitor the activity bringing success and personal fulfilment for the team
∎ Monitor cold chain on the field, propose and implement corrective actions & monitor Quality

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years working experience in managerial sales position in FMCG
∎ Ownership; make decisions, is accountable
∎ Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
∎ Good knowledge of MS office package
