Responsibilities & Context:

• আগে পড়ুন পরে আবেদন করুন।

• কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

• কম্পিউটার চালনায় দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

• বেসিক অফিস, পাওয়ার পয়েন্ট ও এক্সেল এর কাজ জানা থাকতে হবে।

দায়িত্ব

• নতুন ডিলার নিয়োগ দেয়া ।

• ডিলারদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা ।

• ডিলারদের কাছ থেকে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা ।

• ডিলার ফলোআপ করা ।

• মার্কেট কাভারেজ নিশ্চিত করা ।

• কোম্পানির অফার সম্পর্কে জানানো ।

• ডিলার পয়েন্ট রেগুলার ভিজিট করা । 

• ডিলার পয়েন্ট এর জিপিএস লোকেশন আপডেট করা ।

• ট্রান্সপোর্ট টীম এর সাথে রেগুলার যোগাযোগ রাখা এবং রুট ম্যাপ তৈরিতে সহায়তা করা ।

• Develop new distributors and maintain existing ones.

• Conduct market visits, collect orders, and provide reports.

• Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

• Implement sales strategies and provide training and monitoring to the sales team.

• Manage the sales team in the assigned zone and achieve sales targets.
