- Develop new distributors and maintain existing ones.
- Conduct market visits, collect orders, and provide reports.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Implement sales strategies and provide training and monitoring to the sales team.
- Manage the sales team in the assigned zone and achieve sales targets.
