Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target of Biscuits, Wafers and Crackers.
∎ Set directions and lead sales team (MTO/TSE/TM) to executive sales strategies.
∎ Ensure sales growth of Biscuits, Wafers, and Crackers and and explore untapped market.
∎ Manage internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Distributors, retailers and wholesales).
∎ Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment and competitions (Biscuits, Wafers and Crackers).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
