Job Context:
∎ To support smooth sales operations and continuous growth, New Zealand Dairy is looking for qualified and competent candidates for the position of Area Sales Manager for its second line sales operations (Crackers, Wafers and Biscuits).
∎ The Area Sales Manager will be accountable for achievement of primary and secondary sales target of Crackers, Wafers and Biscuits and also responsible for supervising MTO/TSE/TM and managing distributors.
∎ The incumbent will report to Regional Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target of Biscuits, Wafers and Crackers.
∎ Set directions and lead sales team (MTO/TSE/TM) to executive sales strategies.
∎ Ensure sales growth of Biscuits, Wafers, and Crackers and and explore untapped market.
∎ Manage internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Distributors, retailers and wholesales).
∎ Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment and competitions (Biscuits, Wafers and Crackers).
