Relevant experience in supervisory role is required (Frozen Food / Ice Cream Industry is preferred).
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
Motorcycle driving skill & valid driving license required.
Highly motivated to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Expand distribution within assigned territories, ensuring availability across GT, MT, HoReCa, and institutional channels.
Monitor storage and transportation conditions to maintain product quality and shelf life.
Supervise and guide TSO, FSO and Merchandiser to meet sales target.
Execute promotional campaigns, merchandising programs, and in-store activations per company guidelines.
Drive distributor compliance on stock levels, service quality, and route coverage.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide actionable insights to management.
