• Age at most 35 years (Preferred).

• Relevant experience in supervisory role is required (Frozen Food / Ice Cream Industry is preferred).

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.

• Motorcycle driving skill & valid driving license required.

• Highly motivated to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.

• Expand distribution within assigned territories, ensuring availability across GT, MT, HoReCa, and institutional channels.

• Monitor storage and transportation conditions to maintain product quality and shelf life.

• Supervise and guide TSO, FSO and Merchandiser to meet sales target.

• Execute promotional campaigns, merchandising programs, and in-store activations per company guidelines.

• Drive distributor compliance on stock levels, service quality, and route coverage.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide actionable insights to management.
