∎ Experience in Sales -Home Care, Hair Care, Body Care, Personal Care product.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Good proficiency in Bengali and English language.
∎ Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
∎ 2-5 years’ experience in relevant Sales or FMCG Industry
∎ Leading the Sales growth in respective area.
∎ Outgoing, friendly, and commanding demeanor.
∎ Influential and innovative mindset.
∎ Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the distributor and ensure proper distribution in achieving the objectives.
∎ Market visits as per plan in ensuring proper operations in line with the growth target.
∎ Explore new opportunities and converting into business.
∎ Ensure compliance in all aspects.
∎ Monitor, Coach and counsel team members for continuous progress and set new standard.
∎ Market analysis and taking proactive action basing data to be future ready.
∎ Ensure regular reporting with full accuracy and generate dynamic analysis basing observation.
∎ Maintain effective business relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Drive dynamic projects as and when initiated and required.
∎ Leading the team in ensuring drive with proper knowledge and process adherence.
