∎ Sales Mentality of-Home Care, Hair Care, Body Care, Personal Care product.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Good proficiency in Bengali and English language.
∎ Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and deliver sales target & growth consistently for assigned territory.
∎ Regular visit the market and ensure order and delivery of body care product.
∎ Drive territory sales target by effective planning and execution.
∎ Ensure credit recovery from field.
∎ Manage the distributor and ensure proper distribution in achieving the objectives.
∎ Capable to ensure daily, weekly and monthly activity report to management.
∎ Market visits as per plan in ensuring proper operations in line with the growth target.
∎ Explore new opportunities and converting into business.
∎ Ensure compliance in all aspects.·
∎ Market analysis and taking proactive action basing data to be future ready.
∎ Ensure regular reporting with full accuracy and generate dynamic analysis basing observation.
∎ Maintain effective business relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Drive dynamic projects as and when initiated and required.
