∎ Distribution management;
∎ Sales people development;
∎ Ensure distributors ROI by enhancing sales;
∎ Meet organization's sales KPI;
∎ Ensure to achieve monthly sales target;
∎ Any other task assigned by the Head of Sales;
∎ To meet company's objectives set by the management.
