Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise filed officer, Dealer & Distributor to achieve given sales Target.
∎ Continuously visit & convince retailers to manage direct sales of CFL, LED & Gang Switch and to promote different products of MEP Brand.
∎ Planning sales target achievement plan for individual, sales team & distributor.
∎ Maintaining & increasing item wise sales volume of different products of MEP Brands.
∎ Preparing & Forwarding Daily sales report, Lighting & Gang products sales tracking.
∎ Provide structured feedback from trade, customers & competitors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ 4-8 years practical work experience in similar field.
∎ Familiar with a various field's concept, practices and procedures.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability.
∎ Willing to travel extensively across the country.
∎ Need basic computer skills.
