Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making area sales development plan for respective area
∎ Making distributor and sales officer setup plan
∎ Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target
∎ Monthly Sales planning and forecasting as per company requirements
∎ Conduct monthly sales meeting area wise
∎ Lead sales team of SO and assess sales performance according to sales KPI
∎ Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market
∎ Prepare sales report as per requirement of higher management and provide on time to concern authority (s)
∎ Monitoring and manage subordinates, distributor, DSR Maintain good relation with distributor, subordinates, retailer
∎ Monitor, motivate and guide team members to ensuring sales
