Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.

Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, motivate, and supervise regional sales managers and their teams.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Establish strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct training and performance evaluations for the sales team.
