Responsibilities & Context:
Making area sales development plan for respective area
Making distributor and sales officer setup plan
Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target
Monthly Sales planning and forecasting as per company requirements
Conduct monthly sales meeting area wise
Lead sales team of SO and assess sales performance according to sales KPI
Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market
Prepare sales report as per requirement of higher management and provide on time to concern authority (s) Monitoring and manage subordinates, distributor, DSR Maintain good relation with distributor, subordinates, retailer
Mentor, motivate and guide team members to ensuring sales
