Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate sales of company products in the assigned area through a team of sales officers in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the area.
∎ Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
∎ Assist the Regional Sales Manager to develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Maintain good relationship with existing distributors, field forces and key outlets for repeat business.
∎ Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
∎ Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Manufacturing (FMCG), Beverage, Tissue, Toiletries, Khata.
