Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and controlling sales to meet organizational sales target.
∎ Gathering Customers, Competitors and market information to plan and execute sales strategies properly.
∎ Monitor & supervise daily activities of sales team and endow with necessary guidelines.
∎ Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
∎ Analyze & Monitoring party wise sales, payments and dues. Submission monthly sales statement and necessary report.
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly sales forecast.
∎ Ensure supply & proper distribution of products.
∎ Ability to solve various type of problems and complaints of both dealers and consumers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
