Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area
∎ Promotion of spare parts sale
∎ Appointing new dealers to promote our products
∎ Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
∎ Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement
∎ Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
∎ Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
∎ Coordinate with Sales executives, senior's staffs to enhance sales performance.
∎ Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience in Dealer development and Agriculture machines/ Implements sales experience will be added advantage.
∎ Prefer candidates from Agriculture machines/ Auto ancillary industry
∎ Harvester Combines
∎ Knowledge in Rice Trans planter,Straw Baler,Brush cutter,Farm cart, Power Tiller,Power weeder

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate, with incentives and TA/DA apart
