Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA or MBA in Marketing will give you an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Dealar Management, Dealer Sales and Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Area/ Territory Marketing, Communication, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target as per business plan.
∎ Drive sales forces operation on and motivate them to achieve sales target on periodic basis.
∎ Ability to set up dealer as distributor in assigned area.
∎ Divide the area into sales territories and assign specific targets to each sales representative.
∎ Ensure comprehensive coverage of the area and efficient distribution of products.
∎ Coordinating closely with warehouse, distribution and marketing department to prepared better business plan.
∎ Evaluating managing training and motivation the sales force ensures working environment and generating new marketing idea.
∎ Team management, Area management ensuring product distribution in the area.
∎ Daily analytical reports of own assigned region's sales.
∎ Engage in company's brand building activities.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, sales velocity, and product turnover to optimize stock management.
∎ Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product deliveries.

∎ Age at least 25 years
