∎ Team Management: Lead and manage the performance of a team of SMRs and Annotators, ensuring efficient field operations and accurate data collection.
∎ Sales Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee the auditing and monitoring process in retail stores, focusing on product placement, sales performance, and stock levels.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for FMCG clients in your area, addressing any concerns, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction.
∎ Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies, client management, and team coordination.
∎ Quality Control: Conduct spot checks and verify the accuracy of data submitted by your team. Ensure all data is aligned with the clients’ expectations.
∎ Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
∎ Training & Development: Provide ongoing support, coaching, and training for your team to ensure consistent performance and development.
