Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and ensure MIO/SMIO’s daily field activities including tour program, daily work plan, daily call report, doctor and chemist visit and other assigned activities to reach the sales target.
∎ Ensure regular doctor visit through the respective team member and individually.
∎ Ensure regular visit of all chemists and doctor-cum-chemists in each territory through the respective team member and individually.
∎ Assist and ensure 100% sales achievement of individual team members by generating proper demand by the clinicians.
∎ Ensure to ventilate appropriate product information to the doctors by MIO/SMIO
∎ Ensure and achieve daily prescription objective within the team
∎ Monitor prescription status, sales status and important products sales trend of your team members and take corrective measure to reach the team objective in time.
∎ Develop & train team members on selling skills, product knowledge and product detailing on regular basis.
∎ Observe the competitors activities of your territory and give feedback to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ At least 2 years’ experience as an Area Manager / Territory Manager in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Should be able to frequent travelling,
∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
∎ Must have valid motorbike driving license
