Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market development for product (semen and feed)
∎ Develop cadre, harvest fresh and existing inseminator cadre from specific area
∎ who will work at various districts and upazilas to sale the semen.
∎ -Agent /dealer selection and deployment for feed.
∎ -Develop pricing strategy and policies.
∎ Develop and manage effective product positioning plan designed to best reach target customers.
∎ Plan sale forecast and execute annual semen and feed sales & executing sales target and report accordingly.
∎ Preparing marketing plan, promotions plan and strategies, promotional and training materials for the assigned groups.
∎ Plan and execute semen and Liquid nitrogen collection and distribution to the cadre,
∎ Monitor and follow-up the work of Inseminator, monthly data collection from the inseminator to report breed wise conception rate
∎ Maintain register, submit report monthly semen sales, nitrogen and credit recovery statement
∎ Monitoring the competitors marketing and sales promotional strategies and submit report
∎ Monitor, review and analyze marketing activities, current market conditions including competitors’ information and report results.
∎ Attain customers/farmer/inseminators issues related to the business to achieve the company goal,
∎ Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility
∎ Fodder cuttings and feed technology transfer to farmers/contract growers.
∎ Develop contract growers and provide technical support to contract growers and provide best progeny information.
∎ Develop personal contact with the important opinion leaders in DLS,DAE, NGOs, and other people of the society who may directly influence our business. Exchange ideas to obtain feedback on the product.
∎ Excellent team building & willing to work hard and manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
∎ Responsible to carry out any other activities / responsibilities given by superiors/ authorities.
∎ Any other assignments given by the superior

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having 5 years experience as Same position from any reputed company as local operational Head.
∎ Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office

Salary: Negotiable
