Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of various retail & consumer programs and its implementation.
∎ Conducting sales force promotional assessment activities.
∎ Prepare and implement strategic plan to achieve sales target set by the management
∎ Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach individual target
∎ Visit market places, develop new business opportunities and create appointment of new customers
∎ Prepare annual Business plan and budget
∎ Prepare effective and accurate market research and competitor analysis with continual updates
∎ Coordinate with others departments to achieve customers satisfaction in a timely and efficient manner
∎ Maintain individual visit to potential clients, existing clients and ensure regular visit of sales team
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities as and when required
∎ Implement any other assignment given by the management from time to time
∎ Timely reporting on all market observations & assigned KPI tasks on a regular basis.
∎ Visiting marketplace like Retail outlets / Wholesale outlets to evaluate sales performance, identifying gap markets & collecting market information.
∎ Visiting distribution points for compliance checking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge regarding SOP
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skill
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities
∎ Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
∎ Having excellent negotiation skills
∎ Strong communication and team management skills
∎ Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
∎ Thinking out of the box
∎ Analytical ability, Advance Office Applications ( M Word, Power point & Excel)
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
