Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years graduation/ post-graduation in any discipline (Preferably Marketing Subject) from any reputed Educational Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Planning and Strategy for the Area for achieving Annual Operation Plan.
∎ Responsible for achieving Company objectives along with retail coverage, territory volume through Company sales force and distributors.
∎ Plan, organize and establish retail network/ coverage and ensure growth of concerned Area.
∎ Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
∎ Provide necessary guide/coaching for sales team.
∎ Effectively control on distributor's performance.
∎ Ensure optimum level of stocks to the Dealer's ware house at all times.
∎ Set performance norms for the SO/TSO and monitor their performance.
∎ Help to prepare SO route, spot out channel Gap for effective coverage.
∎ Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.
∎ Carry out any other duties as may be required from time-to-time set by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s) at the position of Asst. Sales Manager/Manager label any renowned FMCG industry (Preferable in food & Beverage industry).
∎ Age maximum 35 to 40 years (For experienced candidates, age limit may be relaxed)
∎ Applicants should have minimum 05 years' experience out of 02 years in equivalent position in relevant area of renowned FMCG industry (Preferable in food & Beverage industry).
∎ Candidate should be presentable, enthusiastic, and energetic with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate should have good communication skills with adequate computer literacy.
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenge and work under stress
