Job Responsibilities:
∎ Know about the Territory where he wants to work.
∎ Fairly Handle, Manage & Monitor inferior officers to achieve the sales target and maintain overall activities.
∎ Have to maintain all sales, credit, accounts and operation of a particular area.
∎ Collecting competitor's data
∎ Source new business opportunities
∎ Promote products to agriculturist professionals for creating demand.
∎ Prepare sales report
∎ Prepare customer database
∎ Maintain relationship with existing dealer and retailer with proper support & develop relationship with new clients for expansion the market of the relevant products.
∎ Provide technical assistance to Farmers for growing quality production.
∎ Building trustworthy & positive relationship with Farmers & customer.
∎ Collecting competitor's data
∎ Source new business opportunities
∎ Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
∎ Check and ensure product availability in all depots / dealers.
∎ Ability to Team Management, Problem Solving, Negotiation Skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Computer Knowledge, Internet Browsing
∎ Must have 5-to-10-year(s) work experience as area Manager.
∎ Hardworking, Dedicated and Responsible.
∎ Should be willing to work under pressure with professional attitude.
∎ Must have willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
