Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies (Yearly, Monthly & Distribution based) to achieve company’s sales target.
∎ Supervise and manage distribution houses, distributor’s appointment, investment & their inventory.
∎ Monitor, guide & coordinate the field sales team to ensure sales growth & sales activities.
∎ Explore new opportunity to increase market share through analysing market intelligence reports, secondary sales data market visit.
∎ Design manpower planning for field force.
∎ Evaluate the performance of field force and take necessary initiatives for their improvement.
∎ Develop and sales policies to optimize efficiency & effectiveness.
