Responsibilities & Context:
The Company is looking for smart, self-motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals who can successfully lead a group of MIOs to perform their best to achieve their target.
Responsibilities:
Achieve the team target of prescription and value sales.
Monitor and assist Sr./MIOs in achieving their individual targets.
Coaching and mentoring team members in achieving objectives.
Resolve any issues raised by the team members in consultation with Supervisor.
Prepare, update and submit reports using appropriate means.
